The user declares and fully accepts all the General Conditions of Use of the ledvisual site. If the user does not understand or assume compliance with any of the conditions, he/she should not access or use the ledvisual site and/or the content available through it.


The user undertakes to make lawful, diligent, honest and correct use of any information or content accessed through the ledvisual website. The user may not reproduce, transmit or exploit the content of this website, unless authorized by ledvisual.

GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

 
Preconditions
                                            

These General Terms and Conditions, together with any specific conditions that may be established, regulate the relationships that arise between LOCALIZA SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS, SLU and third parties that access the ledvisual site, as well as users who contract the products offered through ledvisual.
These General Terms and Conditions comply with the following regulations:

· Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

· Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contracting.

· Law 7/1996 Retail Trade Regulation Law.

· Law 47/2002, of December 19, reforming Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, for the transposition into Spanish law of Directive 97/7/EC, in relation to distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various Community Directives.

· Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, regulating telephone or electronic contracting.

· Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

These General Terms and Conditions may be modified and/or updated without prior express notice to the user, so it is recommended that each time you access the ledvisual site you read these conditions carefully.

 
LOCALIZA SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS, SLU reserves the right to modify and/or update the presentation and configuration of the ledvisual site, without prior notice to the user.

Third parties who access the ledvisual site and/or purchase the products offered will acquire the status of USER, which implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

General conditions of sale of ledvisual

These general conditions of sale regulate the commercial relationship between ledvisual and the user who purchases any of the products offered by ledvisual, hereinafter referred to as the CUSTOMER.


· PRICES

Prices published on ledvisual include VAT and may be changed without prior notice. The RRP (Public Retail Price) is published.

· DELIVERY TIMES

We process orders on a daily basis and delivery times depend on the availability of each product. Orders for available items have a delivery time of between 48 and 72 hours, depending on the shipping agency. These deadlines may vary, although ledvisual makes every effort to ensure that they are respected.
 
If the customer chooses the cash on delivery method, shipments are made via Correos, and delivery times may take between 4-7 days.

In the case of orders for several items, when one of the items is not in stock, the customer can choose to receive their order in a single shipment and wait for all the items to become available, or choose two shipments. In this case, we will supply the available items in a first shipment and the rest of the order in a second shipment. These split orders will be treated as separate orders for the purposes of shipping costs.

In the case of special orders, the customer can ask for the delivery date of the item before proceeding to purchase. Once the approximate delivery date has been communicated to the customer and the customer has agreed to the date, the item can be purchased through the store.

· SHIPPING METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS

Orders are accepted for shipments throughout Spain.

All deliveries are made to your home address. To ensure fast and safe delivery, all shipments are made through a transport agency.

Orders are sent via MRW, SEUR, CHRONOEXPRES, TIPSA or DHL. All these agencies provide a 24-hour delivery service. Unless there is a specific incident on the part of the agency, if the customer places the order before 20 p.m., it will be delivered two days later before 19 p.m.

Each of these shipping methods involves shipping costs that are paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown to the customer when updating their order and are included in the total amount of the order.

It is mandatory to inform us of the telephone number of the person who will receive the package.

Once the order has been delivered to the agency, the customer is notified by email so that he/she can be alerted when it is received. In addition, the customer is provided with the shipping number and the agency with which the order was sent so that the customer can check the tracking of the shipment online and be informed at all times of the status of his/her order.

If the customer is not at the delivery address when the order is delivered, the agency will leave a notice for the customer to contact the delivery service. In this case, any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

· PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted payment methods are:

~ Payment with VISA and MASTERCARD cards: We recommend this method of payment for its convenience and security and because the customer is not charged any collection management fees. Only secure card payments are accepted. Payment is made by card through a Virtual POS that complies with the secure electronic commerce standards adopted by the international card brands VISA and MASTERCARD. This new card payment system guarantees the buyer's ownership and secure online sales. Secure commerce works in three steps:

First, the customer has to enter their card number and expiration date.

Next, the card issuing entity verifies the ownership of the customer, either by means of an automatic call to the mobile phone, by requesting the secret number or by any other secure method chosen by the issuing entity.

Only if the customer is positively identified, the purchase transaction is carried out securely. In this way, undesirable situations of fraud due to theft or loss of the card are avoided.
 
This payment method involves a bank charge of 1% of the total order.

~ Payment by bank transfer to the La Caixa account 2100-4341-82-0200087029, whose holder is LOCALIZA SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS, SLU, indicating the full name of the person placing the order. Please be advised that this payment method may delay the delivery time of the order because the order will not be shipped until the transfer has been received.
 

~ Cash on delivery. In this case, the customer will be informed by email of the exact amount of the costs of this payment method.

 
· INCIDENTS AND RETURNS

Pursuant to the provisions of the Retail Trade Regulation Act, the customer has the right to return any product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the original packaging is untampered with and has not been used. In the case of a return due to a change of mind, the return costs will be borne by the customer. However, in the case of special orders, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective.

In any case, the return of any item requires an agreement between ledvisual and the customer. The price of the item will not be refunded or the item will be replaced until ledvisual verifies:

~ In the case of a return due to a change of mind, the item must retain its original packaging, untampered with, and has not been used.

~ In the case of a return because the product is defective, what is the defect.

~ In the case of a return because the item received does not correspond to the one purchased by the customer, the reference of the item in the order and its correspondence with the item sent.

~ If the customer detects a damage upon receipt of their package, finds the package in poor condition or a package is missing, they must indicate this on the carrier's delivery note. Otherwise, ledvisual will not be responsible for damaged merchandise or packages not received. In addition, the incident must be reported by email to info@ledvisual.com within a maximum period of 24 hours.

ledvisual will accept the return or replacement of any item as long as:

1. The customer must make the claim within 24 hours of receipt and proceed to return it within 7 days of receipt and, in the case of return due to change of mind, must have paid the return costs and the item must be in perfect condition with its original packaging untampered with.

2. The product is defective. ledvisual will repair it or replace it with another one in the same condition, depending on the manufacturer's warranty, and ship it immediately.

3. The item supplied does not correspond to that requested by the customer. ledvisual will proceed to send the correct item.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order, he or she may do so as long as it has not been shipped. Order cancellations must be made by email or telephone. If the customer has already paid the amount of the order, ledvisual will refund it within 7 days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.

In the event that ledvisual is unable to supply the requested item, it will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer.
For any return, the customer must contact us via the customer service telephone number or the email address info@ledvisual.com

Ledvisual will not accept returns that do not comply with the provisions of this section.

 

 

 

· CLAIMS

 

Complaints are only accepted in writing to the email info@ledvisual.com, clearly stating the reasons for the complaint. Ledvisual will respond within 24/48 hours.

· WARRANTIES

ledvisual supplies all products with a guarantee. The general guarantee conditions are determined for each type of item by the manufacturer that grants the guarantee. The manufacturer is the one that appears as such on the product label or, failing that, on any element of its packaging.

When ledvisual verifies that the item is defective and depending on the manufacturer's warranty, it will replace it with one of the same characteristics or send it to the factory for repair and subsequent reshipment to the customer.

The products supplied by ledvisual are guaranteed by the manufacturer against all manufacturing defects, always complying with the specific conditions established by the manufacturer and the guarantee will be invalid in the following cases:

The product has been manipulated or repaired by a person other than the technical services offered by the manufacturer.

The customer does not keep the original packaging of the product.

The customer does not accompany the item with the corresponding purchase invoice.
